Kathy Jordan, Financial Administrator/Bookkeeper

Welcome Kathy

Earlier this year Session approved the redefinition of the position of Financial Secretary and Bookkeeper to that of Financial Administrator and Bookkeeper. The new responsibilities added to the redefine position include developing a digital filing system for all financial records, learning all of the details of record-keeping for our cemetery (both financial records and deeds for cemetery plots) to assist our Cemetery Office Manager Barb Greschak, and to implement a digital record-keeping system for all cemetery records.

The Session approved the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to hire Kathy Jordan as our Financial Administrator and Bookkeeper. Kathy brings extensive experience in bookkeeping, as well as training in the record-keeping that is required by the State of New Jersey for all cemeteries.

Some of you may already know Kathy, as she is a former member of Ewing Presbyterian Church. As a Deacon and Elder, she served on the EPC Nursery School Board Finance Committee, and Cemetery Board. Her professional backgrounds are in software engineering, working as an engineer for the U.S. Air Force, the Institute for Defense Analyses, and Princeton Video Image. Originally from South Jersey, her family moved to Ewing in 1972. After working in Washington, D.C., she returned to the Ewing area in 1997 with her daughter, Lauren, and joined EPC in 2000. Kathy and her husband, Tim, currently reside in Ewing. Kathy says she is looking forward to reconnecting and working with this very special and beloved faith community. Please join us in welcoming Kathy!
